I have to say, the effort you made on New Year Eve 2010 was outstanding!! The quality of the food was fantastic, your team professionalism and positive attitude was noticed by many people and the latin band and dancers were amazing! Lots of people spoke to me and remarked about the food, service, music & dancing and they wanted to know who you were and how we found you, they were very impressed!. Some of the people had hired Hog Roast caterers before and had to write complaints! So I am sure over the next 12 months some business will come your way , especially as the latin feel of the party was something the guests had not come across before. I would most definately recommend you, thank you so much for the effort you made to make it special for us.

Would you please pass on my thanks to all your team, for the fantastic service they afforded my family and guest's at the christening of our Granddaughter last Sunday, nothing was to much trouble for them, and they were always happy and smiling. The food that they prepared fresh that morning was simply brilliant, and the hog roast was done to perfection with the finest, tastiest crackling you could ever wish for, I don't believe that any other like wise caterers could possibly beat what you promised and delivered, well done and good luck in the future..

I have to thank you for the superb job your team did at my wife's 60th Birthday Party on Saturday last, the Pork was superb and many of the guests said it was the best that they had ever tasted. Everyone at the party was so complimentary of you both for your appearance and your professionalism. Also the Apple sauce and stuffing was spot on, I couldn't have done better myself! I hope to see you at a friends' party in the not too distant future.

Thank you so much for doing the food at the Party on the 18th. Everyone really enjoyed it. (With most people having 2 or more helpings!)

We would be happy to give some feedback on your services. We were both very impressed with Carlos and Carolina who prepared the hog roast for my husband's 40th birthday celebration they were happy to answer any questions about the food and your company, and were generally very good company. The hog itself was a spectacle and our guests were drawn by the marvellous aromas wafting through the air! The salads we requested were beautifully presented, and tasted equally delicious.  There was more than enough food for everyone to have several helpings and some left over for breakfast the next day! All in all we were very pleased and would definitely recommend you.
